Steven McAllister

Steven heads up our Commercial Recoveries department and is also responsible for the Project and Contract Administration side of our Business Consultancy department.

Steven comes from a Project Management background, responsible for handling the day to day running of numerous large scale accounts for several blue chip companies in UK and Australia, following which he went on to study Business Management.

Steven has extensive experience in Commercial Debt Recovery with several years’ experience in this sector. He has worked with many trading businesses as well as assisting numerous leading Insolvency Practitioners in the collection of a wide range of debt ledgers.

In addition to this, Steven’s prior experience in Project and Contract Management has proved invaluable to many clients in the collection of outstanding retention, contract and variance debts.

Chris McAllister

Chris’s background is heavily rooted in Commercial Banking with extensive experience in portfolio and customer relationship management. Highly skilled in putting together customer based finance packages with leading lenders. His focus is essentially on seeking to achieve what is best for the client’s business needs rather than simply what the Bank can approve.

Chris has recent experience of running a leading Bank’s Commercial Recovery Division which affords him significant insight to understanding a Bank’s position and using that knowledge to greater assist his clients.

Chris can also assist and advise on a wide range of Commercial Banking issues including facility renewals and dispute resolution, documentation review and IRSA/Swap advice.

Chris has a wide range of professional contacts built up over many years which he uses to great effect in ensuring Fallburn Business Consulting’s clients get the best possible outcome.
