Over the past few years we have assisted many Insolvency Practitioners with the collection of unpaid book debts due to businesses in Liquidation, Administration or CVA’s.

By undertaking every aspect of a compliant recovery process from the outset, including the collation of all available paperwork and documentation, right through to a comprehensive final report we offer a professional, extensive and consistent service that our client can trust will result in the best possible return for any Creditors. By extending this service to our clients in the Insolvency Sector we allow them to focus on the other aspects of their appointment and better utilise their valuable in house resources.

In addition to assisting our clients in this sector we also work alongside many General Practice Accountants in assisting their clients to collect outstanding payments rightfully due to them. This service can be tailored and offered as an extension of your brand under a “White Label” offering, or provided directly by Fallburn.

Our service has also proven to be a useful resource in the Invoice Finance sector. We have operated on behalf of many lenders in the collection of balances due to them. We can also assist in the collection of “disallowed invoices” on behalf of clients to mitigate the impact that this can have on their cash flow. Ultimately, this all supports the client’s ability to meet their obligations to their lender.
